Quotation
Quotation submitted by RocketRiver will remain valid for acceptance by the Buyer for a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the quotation unless RocketRiver withdraws it. The customer will be notified if any price changes occur. The minimum duration of any ongoing website services purchased will be 12 months (eg. Domain name registration, Hosting, etc.)
Renewal
The service contract will automatically renew unless canceled by the site owner, in order to ensure uninterrupted service to your website. Cancellation requests must be made via email at least 4 weeks prior to the date of renewal. RocketRiver will acknowledge the cancellation notice within 72 hours of receipt. You are important to us and we value your satisfaction. Rest assured that we will honor all requests promptly. If you do not receive acknowledgment, please contact us by chat as soon as possible.
Terms of Payment
At the time of submission of an order to RocketRiver the buyer shall pay a non-refundable 50 % deposit for the services specified on the order. RocketRiver shall invoice the buyer for all the services less the deposit soon after payment. Invoices shall be payable by the buyer immediately upon completion of the website and before going live with the website.
The Buyer shall make all payments due to RocketRiver by Paypal (where user can use any major credit cards) or electronic transfer direct to the company bank account. If the Buyer fails to pay any amount due to RocketRiver under this Agreement on the relevant due date, default interest at the rate of 10%/annum shall be added to such amount for the period from the day after the due date until the date of receipt together with any reasonable and proper amounts incurred by RocketRiver in seeking to recover such late payment from the Buyer (including, without limitation, legal fees).
Delivery of Completion
IRocketRiver will use its reasonable resources to provide completed services within 30 days of receipt of Signed Order from the Buyer. The dates for the services and delivery lead time of any resultant website are approximate only and, unless otherwise expressly stated, time is not the essence for delivery of performance.
Termination
RocketRiver may terminate the contract immediately in the event that the buyer is in breach of its obligations under the contract or the buyer suffers any event of insolvency or it becomes unable to pay its debts as the fall due. It is by RocketRiver discretion to suspend or terminate the supply of any goods and services.
