What domain name will I get?
Our websites come with a single domain name, a .com/.net/.org/.biz/.info/.sg subject to availability, but if you already have a domain name we can use that. Other domain names are available at additional cost.Do I get an email address?
Each website package has a certain number of POP3 e-mail accounts. You will recieve instructions on how to setup the number of emails assigned to each package and you can then configure your Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or any other email programs you may be using.Do you provide anti-virus or spam filtering?
No. Our e-mail accounts do not have any anti-virus or spam filtering in order to reduce any e-mail disruption such as false positives. If you want this kind of protection we recommend you install suitable software on the computer you use to receive e-mails. Installing such software will also provide protection against other Internet threats while using the Internet in general.What is monthly bandwidth?
Monthly bandwidth is the amount of data used by people looking at your website. The more people who visit your website the more bandwidth is used. Each website package includes a certain amount of bandwidth but once this allowance is exceeded excess bandwidth charges are payable.What can a web page contain?
Each web page within our website packages can contain text and up to a certain number of photos/images. Additional items such as flash animations, additional photos, documents to download can be added for an additional cost.Can I have additional pages?
Yes. Additional pages can be added. If you select any package below each of them is a list of upgrades/options you can select. Please use this to add all that you require for your website.
How do I make changes to the website?
Changes can be made by contacting our support department (Click here and fill out the contact form or send us a detailed email to queries@rocketriver.com) The required changes which are carried out will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Will my site be listed in the search engines?
Yes. We will submit your website to the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN Search depending on the package you have selected. While this does not guarantee inclusion most websites are usually included with time.Getting a quote
